Healthy Smoothie - Day 3

I love kale. It is inexpensive and sooo good for you. It is readily available locally grown. Here is a great recipe using kale.

2 oranges or 2 c. orange juice
1 1/2 c. apple juice
1 cup kale
2 bananas
1 cup ice

Blend for about 1 1/2 minutes until smoothie!
